📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS) for commercial and residential projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BMS solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BMS systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training to building operators and maintenance staff.
• Conduct regular system audits and recommend improvements to enhance building performance.
• Stay updated with the latest BMS technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS engineering, with a strong background in HVAC, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Proficient in using BMS software such as Johnson Controls Metasys, Siemens Building Technologies, or Honeywell Niagara.
• Certification in BMS systems (e.g., Metasys Certified Engineer, Siemens Building Automation Engineer) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards in Indonesia is a plus.
