In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll, benefits, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations,Coordinate with employees and management to address payroll-related queries and concerns,Maintain and update employee records and documents,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process,Support HR initiatives and projects as needed,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Handle employee benefits administration and communication,Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Korean, both spoken and written,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
