You will also handle general administrative tasks, such as office management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Handle administrative tasks such as office management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in conducting performance evaluations and training programs
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain HR records and documents
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
- Previous experience in agribusiness or related industries is a plus
