Space Store Jaya is looking for an IT Support professional to join our team. As an IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers,Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues,Monitor and maintain network infrastructure,Manage and maintain IT security protocols,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures,Provide training and support to new employees,Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security protocols,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using IT support tools and software,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
