You will handle translations, coordinate logistics, and manage inventory using tools like SAP and Excel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate documents, emails, and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients to ensure clear and accurate information exchange.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock taking, and order processing.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with warehouse standards and regulations.
• Provide administrative support to the warehouse team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and general office tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (HSK level 5 or equivalent) and Indonesian.
• Experience in translation services or warehouse administration, preferably in a logistics or import/export company.
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel for inventory management and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
