📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on product selection and usage.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
