Bold Global Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during banquet events. You will work closely with our event managers and catering staff to ensure that all events run smoothly and that our guests have a memorable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities,Greet and seat guests, and provide them with menus and water,Assist with the service of food and beverages during the event,Ensure that the banquet hall is clean and tidy throughout the event,Assist with the cleanup and reset of the banquet hall after the event,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event planners,Work as part of a team to ensure that all events run smoothly and on time,Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a hospitality or event staff role is preferred,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic event planning and setup is a plus,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Friendly and professional demeanor,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
