As a Commercial Underwriting Specialist in our Canggu office, you will be at the forefront of assessing and managing commercial insurance risks, ensuring our clients' needs are met with precision and expertise.

In this role, you will daily review and analyze insurance applications, conduct thorough risk assessments, and develop tailored insurance programs. Utilizing tools like PolicyPlus and Guidewire, you will manage the entire underwriting process, from initial application to policy issuance, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Review and analyze commercial insurance applications to assess risk and determine coverage terms.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide detailed underwriting opinions.
• Develop and implement tailored insurance programs to meet client-specific needs.
• Utilize PolicyPlus and Guidewire to manage the underwriting process efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert advice on insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all underwriting activities.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to enhance underwriting strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial underwriting, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and business insurance products.
• Proficiency in using PolicyPlus and Guidewire.
• Certification in Insurance Underwriting (CIU) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
