📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Assess and monitor patients' health status, and document findings accurately.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Perform necessary procedures and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active registration as a registered nurse with the relevant healthcare regulatory body.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
