In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and productivity.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Collaborate with managers and team leaders to ensure training programs align with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development (optional for recent graduates).,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
