📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
  • Provide expert product knowledge and advice to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote our products and services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the retail industry and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market dynamics and retail trends is a plus.
