📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.,Prepare and maintain operational reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the planning and organization of events or projects as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support to the operations manager in achieving departmental goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
