📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in store openings and closings, ensuring all procedures are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
