Salon Bimo Bakso is looking for a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a crucial position that will help us maintain a highly skilled and motivated workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them apply new skills and knowledge in their work.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assess and select training materials, tools, and technologies to support the training process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
