As a Credit Marketing Officer Syariah (Haji), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, educating them about our Sharia-compliant financial products, and facilitating the application process. You will work with our sales and credit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to final approval. This role offers a competitive salary of IDR 2880797 - 3500000 per month, reflecting your expertise and contributions to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Sharia-compliant Haji financing solutions.
• Identify and engage potential customers through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach.
• Educate customers about the benefits and features of our Haji financing products, ensuring they understand the Sharia-compliant nature of our offerings.
• Facilitate the application process, guiding customers through the necessary steps to secure financing for their Haji journey.
• Collaborate with the sales and credit teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry to final approval.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Islamic finance and customer acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on Islamic finance products.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products, including Haji financing solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
