We're seeking skilled professionals to ensure our facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Seminyak are always in top condition. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, responsible for maintaining and repairing our facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and ready for our customers. This is a full-time contract position with a competitive salary of Rp 5,000,000 - Rp 7,500,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
• Inspect and maintain our facilities to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues promptly and efficiently
• Work with state-of-the-art tools and software, including our in-house developed facility management system
• Collaborate with facility managers and other maintenance technicians to ensure our facilities are always in optimal condition
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of our facilities
• Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems
• Familiarity with facility management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
