📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process all shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth documentation processes.
• Use industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, and others to streamline documentation workflows.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping documents.
• Provide support and guidance to junior staff on documentation procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and report on documentation processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless integration of documentation with shipping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics documentation, preferably in shipping and forwarding.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation processes.
