🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in organisational planning and performance management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools such as SAP and Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
