📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns that drive conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to create targeted ad strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools, and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
• Collaborate with creative teams to design and implement ad creatives that align with our clients’ brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, and apply this knowledge to our campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with our sales and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver tailored advertising solutions.
• Continuously test and refine our ad strategies to maximize ROI and achieve our clients’ business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Meta Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising principles, including targeting, retargeting, and ad creative best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creative mindset and ability to think strategically about ad campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
