📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and construction activities of our facilities in Cikarang Pusat.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff and contractors.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement facility improvement projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Maintenance, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and construction, preferably in a facility management role.
• Certification in Building Maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as IBM Tivoli, ServiceNow, or similar is a plus.
