📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
