You will work closely with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure that all areas are kept immaculate. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns.
• Implement and maintain cleaning protocols to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and best practices in housekeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software, such as Housekeeping Pro or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
