📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage all HR activities related to operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Address employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
