🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as SAP ERP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
