Accounting Specialist - Financial Reporting & Compliance

As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, and supporting the finance team in various operational tasks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
• Maintain and update financial policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle Financials.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
